This Shipping Policy explains how Beaches Beauty Supply processes, ships, and delivers customer orders within the United States.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to residential and business addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
We provide free standard shipping on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.
Any changes to shipping services or applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Our daily processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on Sundays, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically requires 5–10 business days after an order has been shipped.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipment Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to become available through the shipping carrier's tracking system.
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If an address correction is required, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Delivery Issues
If a shipment is delayed, appears lost, or tracking information indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should contact our support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
