1. Order Cancellation

Changed your mind right after ordering? No problem. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@beachesbeautysupply.com. Once that window has passed, our fulfillment team will have already begun processing your order and cancellations can no longer be accommodated.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Orders placed after this time are queued for processing on the next business day, which may give you a slightly longer cancellation window — just reach out to us as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on qualifying items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging with all seals intact
  • In resellable condition with no signs of use or damage

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll get your refund moving quickly. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and issued back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed on our end. Please allow a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take great care in packing every order, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we want to fix it right away. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a description of the issue along with photos if possible. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at absolutely no cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the eligible product following the steps in this policy and place a new order for the item you want. Our team is happy to help guide you through the process.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return label to make the process as easy as possible.
